The world may be changing because of the COVID-19 outbreak, but Wise Space™ Storage continues to prioritize the safety and well-being of our renters and staff members. For those using our self-storage in Boise, ID, Wise Space™ Storage has taken special precautions recommended by our health safety officials.

For the health and safety of our staff and our customers, Wise Space™ Storage’s main facility office will remain temporarily closed until further notice. While we’re still underway in our 21-day issued stay-at-home order, renters will still have access to their storage units and their belongings.

Fortunately, most self-storage facilities across the country, including Wise Space™ Storage, are classified as an “Essential Service Necessary to Maintain Essential Operations of Residences or Other Essential Businesses.” To your benefit, we do not foresee any significant alteration of storage unit access hours at this time.

Updates and Questions

For any questions or concerns, our employees will still be able to provide assistance over the phone to help with leasing, payments, hours, and other inquiries. New and existing customers can still sign up for storage unit leases and make rental payments by phone or online.

At Wise Space™ Storage, we recognize that the virus and the global situation is changing. Because of this, policies and procedures are subject to change based on restrictions, closures, and regulations designed to care for the safety of our community.
